4.2 mi in 40 mins on the elliptical machine. Intended to do some sit-ups, but got distracted and left before I remembered.
I've also been stretching some at home. It seems like stretching does just as much to make me feel good as the actual exercise. I've heard it also helps prevent injuries and improves overall joint health. Any thoughts/information?
I weighed in last Thursday at 87.5 kg. We'll see how much it is this week in a few days.
