I'm inching upward. Tomorrow, I'll probably shoot for 45 mins. and start by not speeding up for the last three minutes like I normally do. Thursday is my self-imposed weigh in. I'm hoping for good numbers, but yesterday was catastrophic as far as calories go. It's our day off and we splurge a little.
Jenn is doing good as well. She logged in 2.3 miles on various machines. She doesn't enjoy it as much as I do, but she's hanging in there. We both have clothes we want to be able to wear again. It's cheaper and healthier than buying bigger ones. LOL
