Last week was, like always a busy one again. The effects of the plain crash were quite huge here in the neighborhood. We haven't had much crashed here, just 1 big one when a plane of El Al crashed into an apartment building a lot of years ago. Schiphol airport is considered as 1 of the safest airports in the world and I don't have any fear at all to live so close by it.
Now after the plane crash (with thk god only 9 death so far if you can talk of "only" ) people want discussion with town counsel about the safety. Well we will see where that ends.
This weekend was one of birthdays and visits. Friday night I was home alone cause my wife had her final day off. She went out with a friend to a town called Leiden. She shopped, spent money (good for economy) and had a nice dinner out. I was at home just relaxing a bit. My Cell-phone provider called me to do an offer. Because Orange is taken over by T-mobile I need to change my subscription. I know already T-mobile is a little bit more expensive so that's a pity. I tried to change last year as well but things went terribly wrong then so I still use Orange.
Well me was offered a new phone and a similar subscription. The phone will be free of course. I was able to choose from several offered ones. I think I will do it and take a Nokia N79 or N85. They will call me back later tonight so I have a few hours to make up.
Felt good I was able to have quite a long talk with Bruno as well last Friday. We both look back with good feelings about the time he spent here.
Saturday I usually go to soccer to watch my sons but this Saturday my sister invited herself (and her husband) for dinner to come and see the new look of living room and kitchen.
We made a nice meal and it was a surprisingly nice evening. Later that night one of my kids came home a bit drunk. He started arguing about personal subjects so I left to bed in a sad mood.
On Sunday, after our usual social visit to my father in law, we spent some time in a tanning centre. I know its not good for the skin to do that often but it is so relaxing. And for me its good to get some color on my skin as well. I hate wintertime and looking forward to spring.
That afternoon my son's girlfriend celebrated her birthday so we left at 3 and just were back round 8. It was quite a nice afternoon I must admit.
Well you all are updated again, i will try to write more often but I already know how difficult that will be for me.
