Its more then a week since my last post. Again a lot has happened and again its not totally finished here in the house.
The new wooden floor is ready, the kitchen is ready and I have put all furniture back into the room. So it is almost done. The only thing to add is still the luxaflex. I promised pics but will wait till it all is ready to give you a total view of new situation. (dont know if I have suitable pics of old situation lol). It always takes time to install TV, HDD-recorder, digital TV setup box and sound system but I think all are working now. Never been to a "do it yourself store" so much (and I still hate those kind of jobs).

The dinnerclub ( some of you know about that) were visiting us Saturday Jan 31. We use to eat something special and for this night we made the following menu:

Entree: Carpaccio of salmon covered with balsamic vinegar with potato-salad (very       delicious)

Main course: Norwegian fish plate ( Specially for Martin I will give the receipt in next post) (cost me some time to translate lol)

Desert: Tiramisu (self-made)

Well all was great and we had a great night.

Last week all was normal again. The last piece of the floor was laid so also finished. Last weekend we went for an exhibition about angels. It was a guided tour in Utrecht and vey interesting (see link)  

When finished there we also watched a movie (Valkyrie) with Tom Cruise and 2 Dutch actresses ( in it. It is based on a true story (attempt on Hitler) I knew the story already but I must admit it was well filmed.

Later we went out for dinner so it really as a nice Sunday.

Felt good to write again a bit, just hope I can keep up with all the blogs I want to read. For those who want to know: it still feels great with Bruno, I hope to meet him soon ;-)
