I can imagine the anxiety and tranquillizer problems. It also will be difficult to avoid the mental part, it just will be there I know. I easy can say, stop bothering but that is not a reply you want. It takes time Martin, a lot of time. Just keep on writing/talking about it. It will help, I am sure.
