Good Sunday, Blog Pals:
       Yer not gonna believe this but I have contracted a head cold and mebee bronchitis. I feel like(and look like) seven kinds of hammered shit; which is much worse than the regular hammered shit I usually feel like. I sit here coughing up various gross things, with watery eyes and tissues stuck up my nose. I chose this font color as it accurately depicts what color my eyes and nose are. I can barely talk and when I do I sound like what would happen if Harvey Fierstein married Bea Arthur. I am in a bad way. I do not know how I contracted this. The doctor prescribed anti- biotics for my other deal and I had all these powerful medications in my body. How did this get through? How bizzare. Crazy Sis and Mama came by with some sick food for me(juice, extra tissue, Campbell's Noodle Soup, and, halleluja, pecan ice cream). I called them and since they were going to the store anyway I asked them to run these things by. Crazy Sis stood out in the hall and handed by bags in on her fingertips. She didn't wanna catch anything. Well, I can't blame her really. Even so, I was tempted to run after her and breathe on her but I didn't have the strength. Ah, well...she was good enough to bring the stuff by and I am gratefull.
   Been watching the boob tube and its wall to wall coverage of Michael Jackson's untimely passing. I still can't quite get my mind around it. He can't be dead.....he's this little kid who sings with his brothers. He's younger than me so he can't be gone. Ya know what hacks me off about it all though? All these celebs getting on the tube wailin' and moanin' about how they "loved him" and what a "wonderful human being he was" and how he "was my dear friend". When he was going through his legal troubles these idiots where no where to be seen, let alone stand up for him. Not that he needed defending. He had some serious problems and needed to be punished for what he allegedly did. But don't come crawling out of the woodwork after someone dies blubbering about how much you "love" someone when you weren't there for him during the bad spots. Hollywood types. What a bunch of douchebags. And that's an insult to douchebags everywhere. Anyhoo, its still sad. Such a talent gone. But we move on. The celebrity trifecta is complete.
