   Well, I had my cardiac stress test on Monday. It was interesting to say the least. This time, as my knees are pretty well shot and I can no longer ply the tread mill, they gave in an injection of some chemical to stimulate my poor old ticker. I sat in a chair, wired for sound, and squeezed a tension ball while the doctor and the nurse kept telling me to "breath" and "keep yer eyes open". I thought I was gonna faint a number of times but I didn't , thank goodess. The doctor was not my regular cardiologist, Dr. Sandtrap, but this other shmoe. I swear, she had the bedside manner of coarse sandpaper wraped in brillo.
Dr. Barbwire:Â "How did you get in such a shape?"
Me: "A mispent youth, perhaps?"
Dr. Barbwire: "You're way too young to have all this wrong with you" (an assesment I have heard from every sawbones for the last 5 years or so).
Me: "So I hear."
Dr. Barbwire: "Yer a wreck."
Me: "Thank you".
I think she was just trying to be amusing but she didn't quite get there. So with that over with, they did an echo-cardiogram which was cool because I got to see my heart beating on the screen. Those I have had before.
So, later that day they call me to tell me I have an arythmea(sp?) which I knew and set me up with further appointments with Dr. Sandtrap. I get the feeling Medicare is gonna be putting Dr. Sandtrap's kids through veternary school.
In addition to all this, it snowed here again last night. Not much, just a dusting, but the sight of it all over everything early this a.m. made me wanna go hang myself. We've had no fall, no colorful leaves no nothing. This blows. I fear we are in for 7 months of winter. I miss the east so bad.

p.s. my title is still on my header but my crawly buggs are gone. I too have noticed a lot of "undefines" in people's titles.
