Good Monday, MyBloggerstown:
Looked out the window this early a.m. and saw some percipitation falling. Now, at first I thought it was just raining really hard but lo and behold...it was, no..dare I say it?...SNOW! SNOW in September! I have never experienced this. Not even back in the Flower City by the Lake where winters are servere. I was dumbfounded. It stopped eventually and did not stick anywhere but just the very idear. The natives here and those who have lived here a long time have been warning me that this might happen any day but I scoffed. I guess this showed me, huh? Well, I'll get over it, I 'aspose.
Otherwise, the days crawl on. I must apologise for not posting more often. I have been just so incredibly fatigued lately. I've been napping and resting but to no avail. It seems to occur right after I eat but not always. I have an appointment with Dr. Tightass on Friday and I hope he can tell me what is wrong and give me something for it. I hope I have not cropped up a case of diabetes. It runs rampent throughout my family but so far I have not been diagnosed with it. It hasn't even been mentioned and they take copious amounts of blood, presumably for testing, at each doctor's visit. I have been hitting the ice cream a little heavy lately but that was one of those things...you know, when you crave a certain food for awhile then ya get over it. I know he's gonna jump on my weight, which even with the ice cream episodes, has been holding steady with no dramatic gains or losses...thank goodness. So, we shall see.
Things here at Shady Pines continoooo. Buzz is still everyone's heartthrob. The dietary people came by with a survey the other afternoon and Buzz had forgotten his glasses so, since I had mine, I helped him fill his out. I am always happy to be able to assist a neighbor. Well, he's single, I learned. (chills going up bugg's spine).
Well, that's about it. It's pretty boring around here and for some reason my creative muse has flown the coop lately. I'll try and write more often and be more amusing. I just gotta get on the stick.
