Good Fry-day, Blog Pals:
Well, the world turns. Went down to get my mail(pizza coupons and a Netflix movie..yay) and ran into our building manager Mildred. Seems she's moving out and going back East to live with her kids. I don't know how to feel about this. Mildred was friendly enough just deaf as a stump, poor dear. I do hope we get someone who isn't a complete asshole. These positions are known to attract petty tyrants and micro managing jerk wads. I figure, though, as long as I stay to myself and keep below the radar as much as possible, I will be ok.
God bless President Jug Ears. My stimulus package check came today. I ran right to Wally World and did my bit for our struggling economy. They had this little tv with a dvd player built in that I have been drooling over for months. It went on sale today and I grabbed it. I don't care if its frivilous, I wanted it and I got it. In addition, I bought a new blue tee shirt(they actually had 4x...I thought I'd died and gone to heaven), a new six pack of drawers(ladies Fruit of the Loom size mumblemumble), a new pair of fuzzy blue slippers, and assorted snacks. Oh yeah, and I ordered that set of headphones I've been wanting from Amazon.com(aprox. $30). Ah, well....easy come easy go.
Looks like the weather here in Cow Snot is finally gonna improve. The last two days have been beautiful and springlike, save for some wind. The grass is greening and the leaves on the trees are beginning to emerge. Really makes ya glad to be alive and kicking still.
Thanks again to all blog pals who responded to my last post. I love you all and the fact that you all care so much touches my heart. You are are wonderful people. I'll keep you posted on what Dr. Dracula(the hematologist) sez.
