I test regularly(read:whenever I remember or feel like it). I am very naughty about snacks too. I need to do better. I am in a conundrum. I can't eat green veggies 'cause it interferes with my blood thinners, I can't eat red meat because of my cholesterol, and I can't eat pasta and spuds because of my diabetes. sheesh. I have however dropped about 15 lbs and my A1C has gone from 11.0 to 8.9 Don't know how this is happening.
