An old, but wise, adage.
People who send gift are very thoughtful and keeping touch. This their way to say thank you and keeping you in my thought.I love giving out some token or gift to people.Telling them how much I appreciate their friendship and love.
I think the best gifts are the ones you cannot buy. A kind word, a smile, a sunset, a hug when you are sad.......
I get so much more joy out of picking out and giving the perfect gift to someone than I do receiving a gift.
That is so true. I don't really like people to give me things because I don't want more stuff, but have to put myself on their side of it and try to be a gracious recipient.
