Well I guess summer is over--not that you would know here in the South. It has been hot and muggy. That’s when it hasn’t been raining. Been checking on that Bible thing where God promises that he won’t let it rain 40 days and nights ever again. Guess what that is not what he said. Sorry Georgia.
You ever notice that the car radio only plays the good songs when you pull in to your parking place and you gotta get out.
I have been spending some time on face book. Ya me-“da original ole Fart“. One thing good about it is that is has put me in contact with a lot of my family. I almost feel like a voyeur-but they have welcomed me.
One thing I don’t like is that face book can not give me the room to really be myself. It is not what they are designed to be.

I just turned 59---and I guess I can see my own mortality.
