Having living at the school house well over forty years,never had anyone interesting in tapping our three huge Maple trees out front.
Every year I see the running of the sap and saying to myself what a shame that we cannot find some one to collect this.
Finally met a person who works at the club as she told me and also live in my town.That she has a Sugar Shack that they are building and not will be making syrup.I told her about the huge Maple trees and you are so welcome to tap them.It is such a waste.
She said fine and will do.
Today was the day that they came as I watched them how they prepared to do this.Interesting.
Her and husband with daughter came along.This is a family things.
