I am thinking of having kota tested. I feel he is getting bored too easy in school. he hates doing homework but once he sits down to do it, he breezes through. Did you have to have Kitty tested to do math a grade ahead of what she is?

too funny about your mother in law! my sister in law has a mess of pears. she is canning them, making pear butter, etc. she said expect some for christmas. I told her I hope I don't have to wait that long! nothing like home made goodies on a cool morning!

was it windy? we had a system go through here yesterday, winds and rain like a tropical storm! they said the waves were 10 feet high at the beach! I think we are supposed to have rain today and tomorrow too! at least it makes for good sleeping weather!

lowes is a great place to find good deals, we buy all of our appliances there. and great work on the diet! losing weight is so hard! my weight loss had tapered off until I went back to work, then it started dropping again. so I guess standing for 8 hours is a workout.

I agree with sunlight, tell your kids your thoughts and ideas. prepare them as best you can. it is heartbreaking to have to watch our children go through these hard times.
