My life at times seems more like a sitcom. Yesterday is a good case in point. I was leaving for work, grabbed my bottle of water and my purse, locked the door and went to the car. Where I discovered I forgot the keys. Yes keys plural as in house key AND car key. Also my cell phone was also inside still on the charger. I managed to climb in the living room window, feeling very criminal.
Another case in point. I have set out a dish on my front porch filled with cat food for any passing cat who needs a bite to eat in his travels. The dish is being emptied quickly. But there is alot of bird poop around the dish. I just now saw the evidence. Birds are eating the cat food. I guess they do not like the bird feeder or they do not like the tree I hung it from.
And in answer to my post, Do you think they will adopt me? I believe they have in fact adopted me. They being the new babysitter and her family. When I picked up Kota yesterday the babysitter gave me a big hug. And you all know I like to hug!
today was my day off and I have done nothing! Except take a short nap. Short because I had a horrible vivid dream that woke me up. When I awoke I had to reassure myself that I was truly awake and it was only a dream.
I think I will put the cat food in the bird feeder.
