The robins have hatched and all you see are open mouths. It is working their parents to death trying to feed them all. It is as John described it.
sounds good, we are due for another cold spell, I had to take all the plants in.
we had ants in the bathroom drains but I quickly solved the problem by pouring vinegar down them. I used D. earth outside and altho it is slow, it is safe.
Yes, we are loyal users of this site.
My mother cared for my father in this same dedicated way. She got hardly any sleep during his last illness and we would try and give her some respite but she could not relax. I admire you for being able to do this for Jay.
It reminds me of her mother. Very clever.
Yes Marg have a wonderful day!
Perhaps now we can begin to take our lives back. If the stupids would just get on board and get their vaccines. Congratulations.
Grief is so hard to handle and there are always woulda shoulda issues for the bereaved and mysteries we will never solve. I think we need something tangible to focus on. I cling to one of Bobby's old tee shirts because it still smells like him. Suicide is hard to bear, one of my uncles died by hanging himself and it left countless questions.
What a wonderful visit!! So glad you got to meet your daughter at last and that you have renewed your visit with Effie. It sounds wonderful and heart warming.
My parents were married in 1927 so it was a pretty old thing then. there is a lot of French in my family tree and from the spelling I am assuming it is a French word. Next time I am in Louisiana, I will ask if they still do it. I have an abiding love for New Orleans so it is on ,my bucket list.
So glad you have stayed your optimistic self!
We hardly ever see a gray squirrel...just the brown ones.
Not eating? What a disaster for someone who relishes good food. Good luck on all the medical procedures because we really care about you.
It is hard to forget because the freezer is in there too and I have to infiltrate it almost daily. It could have gone in the garage and then I could forget about the mess. I did get rid of an antique trunk, given to me by an older friend. My niece married her grandson and I was able to give it to my niece as part of her heritage.
