Sounds to me like he had it coming. I am sure the damage you did to his already fragile ego that had to be inflated by picking on younger kids was greater than the physical damage that you did.

Not sure about number 9, its hard to be a "free" society if you require people to do something. Although I have said before I would be in favor of a draft. My reasoning, is the uprising and public action that it caused in the public to pay attention, and the fact that our troops are over-stressed as it is. I would add, throw out electronic voting machines, and consider not just limiting lobbyists, but moving to public campaign funding, so as to nearly eliminate corporate or special interest manipulation. Oh and they have to have actually READ the constitution...
