What a great pic and story. I know how she feels, so I understand her logic for not having any pets. I wish that more people who are guilty of neglecting their pets (either by choice or necessity) would follow her example.
Frank is one of the best and that is why he is so popular around here. I'd vote for him in a minute. He has the brains, the wit, the charisma, and the respect that many seem seem to lack today.

I am shaking my head and feeling sad and angry at the same time. It's almost as if it's never going to stop, no matter how hard we may try to stop it. But, it's because of the fact that this stuff goes on in spite of our efforts that we mustn't give up!
Well, there is a lot of info here and a lot of names, that's for sure. I have seen a number of non-celebs who have lived "one way" or "another way" pretty much if not entirely their whole lives who suddenly find themselves in love with someone who doesn't fall into their exclusive orientation type. Yet, many of them will say that, except for the particular person they are with, they can't see themselves ever with another person of that sex nor do they find themselves feeling any differently about that particular sex. I know a woman who had quite an affair with another woman although her "interests" were in men and only they caught her attention in any way. She couldn't explain the particular exception in this case except to say that it was love (for the person) and had absolutely nothing to do with sex of that person...it wouldn't matter if the person was male or female in this one case. Some celebs have claimed the same thing, such as Ann Heche.

There's going to be a lot of people looking for their checks. And, there's going to be a lot of people looking to see if there's any truth to the rumor. I'm pretty sure I know which one they hope to find!
I had heard about this movie and thought I'd probably like to see it. But, I forgot all about it until I read your post. So, you liked it? Well, I guess I should think about seeing it. I have a feeling I will like it, too.
Oh, I love those! And, it's so appropriate to be looking at them right now, too. Here I was thinking that the warmer weather was finally here and I was done with my sock wearing (except for when I go walking) until the next cold season begins. But, we had a bout of cold, rainy weather and have been having some chilly nights since then, so I find myself slipping into some cozy socks at night. Those are really pretty and different...I really like them!
They can exhaust you, that's for sure! When we have Edie's nephew here (he's now 6) it is a very demanding time spent with him. I can still remember when he was 3...whew! An hour or so was like a full work day, but we loved it! I hope you get a good night's sleep.

I like so many shows that I almost hate seeing one win and others lose. I haven't seen any of the shows that have been nominated, so it wouldn't be fair for me to wish one to win over another. I really do need to get more theater back into my life!
I have no comment. (How often does THAT happen!) But, I know people are enjoying this post...at least the pics...so I'll just keep my mouth shut and my fingers quiet.
