I dunno...I've always had a problem with boycotts because there are always those who are not part of the problem who get hurt, but I can understand the reasons for them and the results of them. So, I propose movements that go head-to-head with unfair boycotts such as this type...for every boycott explicitly promoted as an attack such as this, an increase in patronage should be exercised. (What name should we give these movements? Humanrightscotts?)

This is terrible! No matter where on the list a state appears, it's a disgrace to be on the list at all! Then, to add to it, those that are rated in the worse of the worse, the disgrace is inexcusable embarrasing and frightening!
