Meeting online friends in person is special and quite memorable. Many of the people we meet online quickly become acquaintances and, from there, some real friendships will grow, but not all online friends ever have the opportunity to meet in person. I consider myself very luck to have been able to meet up with someone I consider a great blogging buddy, someone that I first became acquainted in Blogster and then it carried over to here in mybloggers.

Fredo and I had tried to meet earlier, but things just did not work out. But, on one sunny Sunday morning, Fredo and I did manage to reach each other and make plans that did work out. Trying to keep things as simple as possible, we decided on a Dunkin Donuts as a meeting place. It could easily be reached by me, who was driving in from my cousin's place in Manchester, NH. And, in Fredo's estimation, the Dunkin Donuts was about an equal distance for him to reach. The thought of meeting for coffee sounded like a good idea to me because we'd be able to sit and chat for a while.



Fredo and I got along real fine. We had so much to talk about, like blogging, New Hampshire, the summer season, cooking, and all things in general.



Well, Fredo didn't come alone, so I got to meet Mike, too. Heck, it turned out that we had a lot to talk about, too.

The meeting did have to come to an end, but we did get to spend a good hour or so together. We enjoyed the time and each other's company so much that we made plans to get together again. We then carried our visit out to the parking lot. I got Fredo and Mike to pose nicely for a picture. Then Mike was nice enough to take a picture of me and Fredo before we all said our good-byes.
