Mammogram Monday

A few weeks ago I saw an article for free mammograms for uninsured women.I wrote the number down and called to see if I qualified.

They called me on Friday and gave me the good news,I qualified.I am scheduled for tomorrow at 4:15 p.m.
I'm a little nervous but I know how important this is.Please wish me luck and prayers would be helpful too.

I have to thank redimpala for her post about getting her mammogram done recently.She is a WONDERFUL lady.

I don't know that much about mammograms other then women of all ages should get them. Don't be stubborn like us men. I hate medical tests but I know that catching things early gives us a better chance at life. You will be on my prayer list tonight.

A mammogram saved my life. I encourage every woman over forty to have a yearly mammogram. But don't rely only on the mammogram. Be sure to do your monthly self-exams as well.

Good for you hon. I got my reminder in the mail the other day that it was time for mine again. So, I will be setting that appointment up this week.
