Smells like fish, but how does it taste?

Story to this.. see when we decided to rent "Roxann's" parents house, they left us a "freezer" full of food. Now there was a ton of stuff, and a great portion was "freezer" burnt...

Most of it, I threw out. Today however, I took one bag of "Orange Roughy" (My favorite fish), and thawed it out.

Of course I had to check the "internet first", make sure "freezer burn" won't kill me. It's confirmed, nobody has died of "freezer burn", but often the quality is lower.

I decided to cook it up, and eat it. First, I put my nose close to the plate... "Smells like Fish"... then I wondered how it tasted... "Tasted like Fish"... It was very good actually...

I seasoned it up, I melted butter, made tarter sauce. I even cooked some veggies to go with it....

So, for advice.. don't be afraid to "taste".. smell first.. If it smells like fish (not something rank), go ahead and eat it!
