Problems in "Paradise"... the damn car got "repo'd" today.

It was Roxann's car. It wasn't on the road. However, she fell a few months behind payment (can happen to anyone), and they took it from her work.

This now creates a big problem here. She had expired plates, and no insurance. Also, there was a "ticket" the court says she didn't pay.. which she swears she did (and I believe her, I never caught her in a major lie).

She believes (well she says is certain) there is a warrent for her arrest. For a stupid $100 ticket she is sure she paid long ago (but can't find the records).

Now that "ticket" she knows she paid.. is causing super problems. Because now, everything will come into play.

We want the car back.. for that, she will need to either get her "license" back, or forefit the car. She will also need insurance, and plates.. she will need to see a "judge" on the other ticket...

Listen... I will say.. Roxann is a "straight shooter"! She is not a "criminal type". She works hard, and does anything for anyone. She doesn't drink (except rare)... and is all around decent... I got some issues on family issues, but who doesn't?

Me, I am an "Erattic flucck"! All know that. I am impossible to control, but I do have a good sense on "right and wrong"... I am not out to hurt anyone, but strong enough to deal with anything.

Roxann will have to go to jail. Hopefully for just a part day. My advice, if she goes to "Genessee County" jail (where she believes she has the warrent).. they will get her in and out. She needs to turn her IN, early morning on a weekday (not weekend)... judge will end this soon... but she has to muster the strenght to go.

The rest... we can pay, get car back... We could put insurance in my name.. save a bit.. not sure that the best. Alot too this. Hey... I am NOT stupid in any way shape or form...

If we lose the car, I still have a van... not the way we are looking at thing...
