TV PC Review

1tvpc.com

As I've mentioned before, I like to watch alot of movies, TV shows and such on the internet. I'm a little too cheap to pay for cable, so I am always looking to get the best experience from my PC.

I was on eBay the other day. I had some sales and got paid in PayPal. I pretty much use that as "mad money". Basically, if anything is there I just spend it online. So I was looking through things and came across this eBay listing.

A program to view 3000 TV channels on your PC. It also boasted of thousands of full length movies, premium channels (like "The Movie Channel, CNN, FOX news).. alot that is exclusive to cable or satellite. Also live "sports", with a directory when NASCAR, Football, Boxing, or whatever is on. Free other software also, but nothing you couldn't find free elsewhere.

I decided to check into it further, before I bid. The starting bid was $7.99 with free shipping. I went to the actual website for the software, it was listed at $99, marked down to $29.95. I knew I could get it off ebay for around the starting price of $7.99 (I got it for $8.99) as the seller listed the same software in many places. I checked the feedback of the seller (all gave 100% positive) so I placed my bid.

The software is supposed to arrive by USPS next day air, but really I don't know why you need that. Unless there is more. Once you Paypal them, you get a link to the site.. password.. and then you can view the channels right then. Alot of channels require different "plugin's", so for many you will be downloading them first (most don't take long).

In the email they send, they offer you "as a bonus" access to thousands of porn video's. That is if you leave a 100% positive feedback (which I did for the free porn, but really I am only about 70% satisfied).

HERE's WHAT I LIKE AND DON'T LIKE) So you can make your decision to buy or not.

LIKE
1) It's a one time fee. Free upgrades for life, no monthly fee's.
2) There are over 100,000 users of it now, so it is established.
3) There are probably 3000 channels.
4) There is alot of "Cable/Satellite" content here. I love watching "Fox news" and CNN" live on my computer. Not just old videos from their site.
5) Live sports events, with a directory listing what will be on and when. Nascar, Football, Boxing. I checked out some today. I am not a huge sports fan, but to check this out I watched some LIVE "tennis, wrestling, and hockey" today.
6) Literally thousands of full length movies. new releases and all. You can watch movies before they hit the theaters.
7) It was cheap. Spending $8.00 or so won't break anyone's bank.
8) You can use it legally on as many computers as you own.
9) Free Porn... lots of porn on the internet I know, but here you can watch full movies or even download.

DIS-LIKE
1) The 3000 channels are true, but you get all the foreign ones too. Like the IRAN channels (etc), which there are about 20 alone and not in english. Useless to you, except for a brief moment to check it out. So really you have alot of channels, but not 3000 you can use. However, if your an immigrant here, and want to see channels from whatever country you came from (in your language) it probably is here.
2) I am very disappointed at the "players" for most of the TV channels. Most will not run in "Full screen", but alot will. My Fox news runs full screen. my CNN doesn't. However, every full length movie will run in Full screen.
3) The TV programs are streamed "real" TV stations. The movies however, are links to movies in other places on the net. Most movies have multiple links, but there are problems. You need to learn which links to use. Otherwise, if you begin to watch a link that say is on "MegaVideo", you can only watch half.. and wait an hour to watch the other half. (They try to get you to get a premium account.. which I have done and not a bad deal really). Mostly tho, you can find a link that you can watch the movie with no problems.
4) Most runs fast (no buffering) but if you have DSL and several computers connected to the same line.. you will have buffering issues. Not terrible, but can be annoying.
5)The porn has thousands of full length movies, but you can only watch like 30 minutes.. before having to wait an hour to watch the rest. It's not too bad (being porn) cause I never make it 30 minutes anyway.. lol. They just want you to upgrade to a preimum account which is like $10 a month. That is for most,, like the other movies, you can find many links that you can watch an 2 hour porn free,,, no problems.
------------------------------------------------------

OVERALL, I consider it worth my $8.99 I spent to get it. Mainly not for the movies or porn (Other ways to get that), but the TV programs I can watch live on my PC. There are lots of European (English speaking) programs I will enjoy, lots of American channels (and we won't have a cable bill).

Just giving my thoughts. 70/100% is my score. It's lifelong, and not alot of money. Just you won't be happy with every single thing.

To get it, go to eBay, and search for "TV to PC", or "3000 TV channels on PC", or "1TVPC", or something similar.
