I didn't really understand the "post" completely from Fredo on my last blog. I don't know if it was someone else, posting on his. I don't know if it was "him", but saying he didn't agree totally with me. I just don't know. I do know it was "accompanied" with lots of smiles. So couldn't be all bad.. lol. The post wasn't about gays. It was basically about what we are allowed to write. (look at my last post) I guessed, maybe he feels people shouldn't be allowed to say some things (I could be wrong).

His post was what made me decide to post this. It got me to do some "tinkering" in my own head.

I'll say this "clear and direct". I am NOT against gays! I never have been, never will be. I did however grow up in an era that "gay jokes" were common. In high school, everyone called someone a "Fag", if they did the slightest thing wrong. Yes, it was meant to "cut someone down". We all talked that way. I don't know if we "really" even understood anything about "gay people". It's pretty much just how we talked.

I know this, if I asked 100 old school friends if they were against gays, 99 would say "No, never have been". I also know 100% of them still tell gay jokes.

My life has been hanging with "Bikers, tatoo artists, ex cons, various artists" alot of different people. I can say for a fact, most of these people are for "FREEDOM". It would be WAY unpopular to go to a Biker bar and cut down gays. Sure, they will make jokes about them (because their not gay).. but to say they are "bad", or abuse them in any way.. never happens. Actually, the most likely senerio would be.. if some asshole was in a biker bar, and caused a fight just because someone was gay.. he'd get his ass whipped. The gay guy would have more "backing" then he could imagine.

Someone once asked me (and he was gay). Actually he was a good friend. He said "Gary, I know your not against gay people. I've known you for quite some time".. Why Gary, do you still tell "Gay jokes". I looked at him and said (bluntly) because I kinda think sucking a cock is gross for a man...lol. I do feel that, and kinda find it funny. That's my opinion. I don't care if they do it, I am not against it. I don't understand it. I'll support their rights 100% in whatever they want.

So why don't I change? Why will I continue my ways? I don't know really myself. I am not trying to "hurt" a gay person. I'm not trying to "fit in the crowd" or anything. I do find humor in a man that wants to blow another man. I feel if your "Gay", you should be content with who you are. Some People tease me because I have "long hair". Some because I am Polish". I don't let it bother me. Being openly "Gay" to me.. means you opened yourself up. If your "Gay" and not open, means you find some shame in yourself. If your Gay, be open and proud. I think that's best.

I guess if you really took the time to "evaluate me", you'd find some things. You'd find "I really don't care how you live, so long as you aren't out trying to hurt people". You'd find, "I don't care if your gay, straight, muslem, christian, porn star.. or anything. I do care if your beliefs affect me and my family (directly). I care when you "impose" your beliefs on me. I can say for a fact, I'm way more worried about "Republicans" then gay people.. lol.

Ok, after scrolling up I realize I probably offended "Gays and Republicans". I am sorry if I did. I didn't mean to offend "Gays".

I'm a bigger supporter of "Gay rights" then you might think. I'm kinda a "Sheep in Wolves clothing". If this blog offended anyone, I am sorry you took it wrong. I tried to tell what I feel the best I can...
