Gary's Famous Chicken

Gary's famous chicken...

Well, it's not really famous, but it is a good and simple recipe. Dale on here was talking about his "burgers" so it got me into a food thought. (You all don't know how easy it is to "distract my attention")..

Anyway, it's SO SO simple, yet good and tasty.

1) Get some chicken "thighs, legs or wings". I think the dark meat is best, because it retains the moisture.

2) Put your chicken in a pan. Now this should be a "no-brainer" to most. Put some aluminum foil down. This keeps the moisture in too.

3) Don't be a "cheap ass". Buy yourself some "real butter". Melt it in your "microwave". For the old farts here (that don't know what those are), just melt a bit in your oven.

4) Pierce the fuck out of those chicken pieces. Then spread the butter around on them. You want that butter seeping right inside.

5) Seasoning is very simple really. Lots of "Garlic and Onion salt". You can try some other things too. Season to taste. Just "constant" poke holes in the chicken as it cooks. It gets on the "inside" too. Makes a difference.

6) Let it cook, till it's done.

7) After it looks done, Spread some "Cream of Mushroom" (or Cream of Chicken) soup on it. Let it cook in about 10 minutes.

It will come out "super" moist, and taste real good too. It's a very simple recipe, with stuff you likely have at home. Try it, let me know what you think?

Gary :)
