In a small town in Sicily, nobody smiled. Most of the young people had left for the cities and had taken the babies with them. What remained was drunkenness, quarrels and brawls. The mayor hated living there until the idea came to him. He dug into the town coffers to buy Viagra at a discount rate. When he distributed the drug freely, the smiles re-appeared and nobody brawled.
