The latest terrorist threat they call the lone jihadist. He is the loner the misfit. Every county has one and sooner or later he will shoot up a school, rape a child or kill one. Alert school officials usually can derail him. They don't need Homeland Security , a warrant to tap his phone or Blackwater to bust his door. There are small gangs untrained in guerilla tactics. They were in London on7/7 and Madrid where the damage was unsubstantial. The Al Queda has 150 men trapped with the leader in the mountains. They have been contained. Whole nations have suffered 100's of thousands of deaths for harboring them. It no longer matters if 911 was an inside job.
