I think we are being too agressive with the siting of the anti-missle umbrella in Poland. The Russians still consider old Warsaw Pact territory as their sphere of influence. We would be angry if they wanted to place their shield sites in Mexico. We were very angry when they tried to position IRBMs in Cuba. We are wrong. They are right.
