Upcoming Surgery

I have been having some shoulder problems for a few years, what with using a cane, a wheelchair and doing transfers, et cetera. Then I did the acupuncture for my pain situation, which helped a great deal, but the right shoulder continued to be a major problem. So, I went to the doc back in February, had an injection, and they felt it was due to bursitis. The injection did diddleysquat for me, and so I went back to the doc. This time they did MRI. Well, I have a completely torn rotator cuff, right shoulder. Unfortunately, it is torn through and through and I am hanging by three tendons. Surgery is scheduled for the first week of June. Luckily my husband will be able to take care of me that first week and my sister is here in town and she'll be helping out thereafter. I don't blog much about my personal life, but this is one of the reasons I have not been on here lately. So, I'm still out here and hoping to recover from this quickly!

That is tough.I was in therapy for this and turned out it
was not the rotar cuff but the arthritis that in my neck and
working it was to my shoulder.Right now we have this under
control for how long who knows

Hi, we moved to NW Mo, but I’ve been working up east of the Twin Cities MN.
