Haven't been here for a while. Other health challenges during my surgical recovery. All is going well with the shoulder recovery and I've been doing lots of art, which is a beautiful thing. Just working on small size canvases. Unfortunately developed a problem with antibiotics (which I despise taking any way) and this in turn developed into colitis. So, I've been basically working on healing methods, going to the health food store for alternative options, meditation, rest, et cetera, which I prefer and trying to get myself back on track. So many things to go through that sometimes it's a challenge to keep up with it all. Next week I'm heading for the docs to check up on another health challenge. In the midst of it all there's art shows coming up this month, 6 of my paintings going to a gallery in Sarasota and out of town guests on the way, as well. Would appreciate your prayers.
