Doing Marvelous Week 3.5

Wow! This week the shoulder/arm is doing much much better. I think the exercise program is what really helps get it back into gear. I actually did some painting for a few hours and managed great! So, I'm very happy about it, as at first I felt it wasn't going quick enough, but at this point I'm happy and it actually is feeling so so much better, more like normal, and actually I haven't felt that for about 3 years! Yeeeeha!!

Good for you and know that this help my shoulder on doing
this.You have to work out the mucusle there.
A lot of them has been shut down.Once you get this going you will
be on your way.In my case similar but have arthritics in my
neck and the ligament is pulling it down to the shoulder.
Okay,don't ask me to explain,this is tough.You have to see
what I am talking about.Good luck and keep on doing what your
doing.
