I know I use this graphic a lot, but that is because it fits me perfectly. This is me on most mornings.... not a pretty sight. And this morning.... well lets just say I almost missed morning. It felt good just to sleep in.

First thing I do when I get up in the morning is fix the fire in the stove. If there are still coals, I just stir it and add wood. Otherwise, I start from scratch with some paper, kindling, and a match. Thankfully, there were coals this morning. I also took note of how high the wood is piled on our porch. I guess JR doesn't plan on coming home for a very long time.

Then I get my morning coffee and watch that fire while it takes off. Coffee and fire flames... just a relaxing way to start the morning. Also, Annie dog at my side. Life doesn't get any better. But today, I've got to get busy as now it is almost noon and lots to do. Maybe today... I will clean up the office... and then.... maybe not. lol
