I'm going to start a new diet that is high in protein and low in carbs. I'm looking for snack ideas for between meals. I really need the snack to be suitable for a diabetic since my blood work is not looking good although I haven't seen the doctor to get the final results. But, loosing weight is a real must.
I can't get much further than nuts and low fat cheese. Maybe my brain just isn't clicking. Sooooo.... if you have some ideas, please let me know.
Also, I know about fish and chicken for lunch and dinner, but what about protein at breakfast. I can't eat eggs for breakfast every day.
