I've been hearing noises in my house!!!! Scratching, fluttering, weird, and unusual noises! I'm thinking... could I have a ghost? If it is a ghost, it is in my chimney. Have you ever had a ghost in your chimney? If so, I'd sure like to know how you got rid of it.

Well.... upon further examination and from my experience just a few days back... I have decided the ghost is a bird that has managed to get in to the chimney. The last bird was in the stove part and I easily reached in,extricated it and sent it on its way. But this one is slipping and sliding and fluttering around in the chimney and there isn't anyway I can get to it. I will just have to wait until it plops all the way down in to the stove. I promise you I won't light any fires. Oooooeewwww.... roasted bird... not a nice thought. :o(

All the noise doesn't seem to bother Annie dog. She acts like it is completely normal. Now, when there has been a mouse in the house, she will turn the place upside down looking for it.

Okay, a bird in the chimney today, hay truck stuck in the meadow for two days, a calf with navel infection, JR off somewhere on the road, my help has a broken arm..... what is next?????

I'm retiring and moving to Cow Snot to live with Honeybugg.
