Not a whole lot of news around here. We did sell a bunch of cows and calves as pairs. Hopefully, whoever bought them will give them a nice home. I just hated to have to sell my mommas and babies, but economic times dictated this decision. We only have 14 pairs left and 1 bull. Not much of a cattle ranch anymore. :o(

My blood sugars are looking good. I've been sticking to the program which my dietician has prescribed and it is working well. I really didn't have to change my eating habits that much except to eat on a more regular basis and spread it out through the day. Just a little tweeking here and there.

Still fighting big time depression here which can be mostly attributed to isolation, poor family relationships, and economics. I'm sleeping way too much and I think that is partly due to depression. I need to make an appointment with the sleep doctor to see if there needs to be any adjustment in my sleep apnea machine.

Okay... that is life here on the ranch.... rather boring.
