Even though I'm just a cowgirl, I'm a big art fanatic. I love all kinds of art. To put a new spin on an old Will Rogers quote, "I never met a piece of art I didn't like."
Today, I thought I'd share with you the work of Piet Mondrian. He is one of my favorite modern artist, but I do admit I have many favorites. I used his art when teaching my 3rd and 4th graders. We would study his style and then they had fun trying to make their own creations following that style. We ended up with some pretty good works from those young artists.
