Our inner world is changing as we know it. Our fear based Ego's are fighting to stay alive and keep us in the mode of struggle and fear. When things don't work out in your life, choose to feel your fear, then let it go. Tell yourself, "if it was for my highest good, it would have happened!" Trust that your life is being guided by a source and power greater than yourself. Your fear-based Ego will try and keep you in fear and try and convince you to worry and fret. Just notice it and appreciate it's dedication to it's very old habit of trying to keep you in struggle!

Place your hand on your heart center- the center of your chest, take a deep breath in, then out, while repeating, "Everything is perfect as it is" "Everything always works out for my highest good." Believe it even if you don't feel it!
