Read it? Recovered after the overwhelming attack of laughter? Now consider: someone went into a bar and duped two women into allowing their breasts to be "examined." This person is charged with practicing medicine without a license.
I don't know Idaho law, or law anywhere for that matter, but I would have expected a few other charges. Wouldn't you?
