How Not To....

Our turkey breast has been in the bottom of our vegetable steamer (only pot big enough to hold it) in the bottom of the fridge since yesterday, having a slow thaw before its big day. My human, who has actually done this before, still double-checked the cooking time per pound and scouted around for new recipe variations. Our turkey is gonna be good.

But there are folks out there who will not be so lucky. For them I have only two words: TV dinner.
