Eddie, as a venture capitalist, can you possibly imagine your deficit spending in any given venture to be greater than your capital gains? That's freaking ludicrous. Our deficit spending as a nation is rapidly encroaching upon on our national GDP. What part of that doesn't anyone get?

As Andrew Malcom from Investor's Business Daily calls him, he's a "real good talker".

Even if they did pay more than they currently do, it still wouldn't put a dent in the deficit, and would have almost no impact on revenues. Congress must STOP their OUT-OF-CONTROL SPENDING. That is where the problem lies.

haha While I cannot stand any of these bailouts, I'd rather give the money to business that provide employment than to the banks where it's going straight into their pockets to use to buy out other banks! Ba-hum-bug!

Oh, what a bunch of fools we all are; we've nobody to blame but ourselves and, unfortunately, too many continue to make the same mistake over and over again. It appears that it's going to have to get a whole lot worse before the masses begin to wake up. Until then, we're screwed.

On a more positive note, there's been a deluge of earthquakes in Yellowstone over that massive caldera...
