I have some photos to share with you, but can't get them to load up on MyBloggers. They are not huge files, but it just cranks and cranks until I give up. So here's the thousand words they would have saved us.
Our fox still visits every few days or so. She has lost more of her winter coat, especially noticeable on her tail.

My garden is doing well, lots of tomatoes on the vines, a green pepper, a zucchini, and we've harvested a few new potatoes. I have Yukon Gold and Russet varieties. The russets are slower to mature.

The river is up again, 3 1/2 feet high from the normal 1 1/2 feet high. The water comes from Lake Estes and is the flow rate is controlled by the Bureau of Reclamation. I am trying to find some website that will warn of when they are going to raise the level of the river.
Even if the fishing isn't so good, the high water is a boon for white water kayaks and canoes, and a group came through here yesterday afternoon.

We bought a couple of marked down geraniums in hanging planters. They were marked down because there weren't any blossoms on them. Now they have bloomed and we are very pleased. A couple of the flowers are a mix of coral pink with geranium red, unusual and pretty.
