We had warm, dry weather late into November, and I'm already thinking of this summer's garden, so winter is very short this year.

I thought it was the river, but I guess that is a blacktop road. How odd, both look impassable.

It's the river. Now I'm thinking about whether it's as wide as the paved highway that in the mid distance going right to left, past that power line. I have a way to measure them using the county's mapping website.
