Last night we had a bit of a bit of snow. The children were already wound up as tight as springs before this, and began bouncing around in excitement upstairs. Because I thought that they were about to come through the ceiling I called them down stairs to calm down. Mummy is always the spoil sport!
I armed Richard with my camera and asked him to take a picture of the snow falling. Silly me, I should know that if I ask him for a picture, that it's only one picture I would get.
Richard's picture.
To calm them down I gave them each a piece of black paper and some oil pastels and asked them to draw me a snowy picture. Here are the paintings.
Alexander's painting
Richard's painting
After they had finished painting, they were still very excited anout the falling snow. Paul decided to let them out to play. (It was about 8.pm )Here are more pictures , can you cope with more?
The big white blob is not the moon, it's a snowball heading right for me!
They had a great time. I on the other hand ended up running for cover.
