Good Morning.

Today I made the effort to get to the gym as soon as I dropped the boy's off to school. I managed to get my induction done and had a great chat with the instructor. She's promising great things as long as I stick to my eating plan and keep going to the gym. I must say I really enjoyed it. I feel energized now, and eager to stay on task with the eating and exercise plans. Time to collect Alexander from school now, so I will be back later.

Good one Tracy! It's true what you say - you do feel more 'energized' after excercise (even though a few aches and pains appear in places that you would never, have thought possible to get 'aches and pains' in)!
