1st Time for Everything.

I employed a FLORIST!!!!!! Never done this before. It's been so strange to take a back seat on the makeup and design element of business. It's been nice to return home lively enough to do a jig saw with my son. You never know maybe I will find time to take him to Cubs or Scouts?

After my mother died my dad didn't wait many months to start dating a woman who owned a flower shop. She didn't know anything about the business so didn't know where to save money or spend money to make a success, had to rely on her florists to steer things, and of course they just wanted to create beautiful things. But this isn't going to happen to you because you know what you're doing.

Yes, it's hard keeping a tight hold on the purse strings. I really was so unsure about hiring staff, but it feels like the right step forward. I got to the point this month where I couldn't do anymore on my own, when I get busy. I hope I stay busy now t pay for the staff. Swings and roundabouts!
