Garlic is something that dogs tolerate in low doses and it does keep the fleas away, different from the more chemical compounds like frontline, garlic is natural and not harmful to animals when used correctly. Normally I add it to their food when I cook it. You just don't overdo anything. All things in moderation. There are plenty of natural ways to combat fleas and ticks without resorting to the chemical alternatives.

Do you ever pick up a book and start reading it and then get bored after the first 50 pages. Then I wait a year and pick it up again and suddenly it is a lot more interesting? I'm reading Blood Ties by Greg Liles and it is actually good -- this time
