Okay, I heard this on the "Rick and Bubba" radio show Thursday morning. These two dudes are religious and had on their show two young women who were missionaries to Haiti. I tuned in just in time to hear one of the young ladies saying they had visited an orphanage on the Haitian coast to see how things were faring there. This orphanage is run by Haitian Christians.

She said the Haitian man in charge of the orphanage told them "they had seen a witch flying over the orphanage, and recognized her. He went to her and told her to stop it and she did." (This is a supposed Christian Haitian, who believed in flying witches, which astonished me.)

The missionary said at night the voodoo drums began and got louder and louder and were frightening to hear. Well, I wonder how can such a country be repatriated or brought to any semblance of normal with such rampant ignorance.
