I went out to take photos yesterday and pulled onto the median to get a shot of wildflowers. I had the emergency blinkers on. Almost immediately a highway patrolman drove up to see if I was broken down or what. I said no, I'm doing something stoopid, trying to take some photos of these flowers. He said okay, but I wouldn't park here long, it's a dangerous place. How sweet he was, and so manly. What is it about a man in uniform?
So I go to Wallymart and get the film put on a disc so I can put it in Methuselah and share the pictures with y'all. OooooH Noooo! When I put the disc in, Methuselah, my 900 year old computer acted like some grumpy old guy who's used to oatmeal and I was forcing it to eat rocks instead. Big upset, and the computer crashed, or so I thought. Some anti virus program ran all frickin' night. I went to bed and left it running.
So this morning Methuselah is limping along again, but my photos got swallowed up out there in techo-land. And just as I was learning how to get them to show up on the computer. Aaaaargh! What would make me really sad would be to lose contact with all of you, so I'm glad I can still do that. Bye y'all. Susil
