President Elect Obama and his Wife in Interview on 60 Minutes
Here is the interview with Steve Krofts on 60 Minutes. You've probably already seen it, but I didn't because all weekend, we were glued to the TV watching the progress of the fires, which took over all regular programming all day and night. I think that we watched CBS on Saturday and its sister station on Sunday. It seemed more important at that time to find out how things were going in our neighborhood.
This player contains half of the show, To tell you the truth, I found it reassuring how soothing, strong, sensible (how's that for alliteration?) and intelligent the Obamas came through.
If you are one who is still not on board with them, of course, I think you shouldn't watch it... especially if it will make you upset. Otherwise, it may give you some feelings of restoration of confidence and perhaps hope.
